Acidophilus supports colon health by altering the microflora ecology to favor "friendly" flora. Beneficial bacteria in our gut perform many important functions, such as modifying bile acids, cholesterol and hormones, and metabolizing and synthesizing vitamins (including vitamins K and B-12, and biotin).

Other Ingredients: gelatin (capsule) and maltodextrin.

Suggested Use: One capsule with meals, three times daily for 4 or 5 days, then once daily.
